In accordance with federal law, ICT utilizes brightly colored  disposable jumpsuits with the wording “ICT PRISONER” to identify the individual. We also use high quality leather transport belts and shackles for maximum security.

ICT specializes in high risk prisoner transports. We utilize a level III NIJ certified ballistic prisoner transport vest in conjunction with the transport belt and leg shackles. This combination is used when the need arises for high profile, potential attack or escape risk inmates being transported.

As part of the above picture, this depicts an inmate with the same level of coverage but with a history of escape or violence. This method also prevents the inmate being transported from attacking either the transport agents or fellow inmates.

Our waist chain and ultra secure Hyatt Blue box combination is used when the risk of an attempt to escape or violence is imminent for the transport. This combination works well as the movement from the wrists is limited and it minimizes or eliminates the ability to compromise the handcuffs.
